Sponsoring United Glasgow Football Club

United Glasgow Football Club was set up to make football accessible to all and to promote a set of positive values that many people are not exposed to while the media demonises communities and football seems to care only about money.

Since 2011, United Glasgow FC has welcomed players from over 60 countries and currently makes football accessible and affordable to over 150 players across our four teams and other sessions. We have players of all genders, sexual orientations, religions, ethnicities, socio-economic positions and immigration statuses - and we're all United.

Running a club like this has been tough and expensive. We fundraise as much as we can, and players who work do contribute towards costs but we also rely on sponsorship to cover some core costs such as kits and equipment.

Part of the values of our club is to reject the overly-corporate model of football that professional football promotes so we decided not to use shirt sponsors from 2016 onwards but we have other means of promoting those who sponsor us and we have detailed these below.

Hopefully this page will give you some information on what your options are if you would like to continue to sponsor United Glasgow Football Club and support the work that we are doing.
