Community Drop-In Sessions
United Glasgow Football Club has always been passionate about getting people to play football, regardless of their ability, fitness or background. In addition to our competitive teams, we operate three drop-in sessions where anyone is welcome to come along and play football to get fit, enjoy themselves and learn some new skills.
If players want to go on to play for one of our competitive teams that's great but these sessions are about making sure that anyone who wants to play, can play!
Monday Night Women's Drop-in Session (7.30pm-8.30pm)
Our longest running drop-in session is our women's drop-in which runs every Monday night at the Firhill Complex in Maryhill. Coached by women from our women's team, the sessions are open to all self-defining women and focus on basic skills as well as having fun.
The sessions operate on a "pay what you can" basis, only asking players who are working and can afford to contribute to pay a voluntary donation.

Monday Night South Side Drop-in (7pm-8pm)
Run in partnership with the Glasgow St Pauli Supporters Club, and funded by the West of Scotland Regional Equality Council, our drop-in session at Glasgow Club Holyrood in the South Side of the city is aimed at helping to provide free football sessions for those who are not able to play elsewhere.
Players of all abilities, genders, backgrounds and fitness levels are welcome to come along and take part.

Wednesday Night Men's Drop-in (9pm-10.30pm)
Our Wednesday night drop-in session at the Firhill Complex is the first stop for new players coming into United Glasgow Football Club who want to move onto play for one of our competitive teams. The sessions are open to all abilities and fitness levels but are focused on preparing for 11-a-side football.
This group plays regular friendlies against other teams and players can move from this group to our Men's Development Team fairly quickly. The sessions focus on fitness, improving technical skills and some game-related scenarios.
